Registration Process

On receipt of the registration form at any regional office through the respective Wafaqs, the regional director will share all the credentials of the Madrassa within 24 hours with the Director Registration at the DGRE Head Office.

  • Director Registration will seek formal approval of Director General DGRE, for issuance of the registration certificate within the next twenty-four to forty-eight hours after due securitizing.
  • The registration certificate will be issued to the Madrassa within three working days after the Director of the Regional Office receives the registration forms.
  • Registration certificate will be duly signed by the Director Registration & the Director Admin & Coord.
  • Director registration will ensure the availability of at least 50 registration forms at all the time with each regional office.

DGRE – Oversight Mechanism and Supervision

 

Regulatory/ Oversight Mechanism

  • Madaris shall register with DGRE after completing due process including submission of  registration form and affadavit.
  • No Deeni Madrassa shall teach or publish any literature which promotes militancy or spreads sectarianism or religious hatred.

Financial Oversight

  • Every Deeni Madrassa shall carry out audit of its accounts by an auditor and submit a copy of its audit report to DGRE.
  • Every Deeni Madrassa will open a bank account.

Supervision Mechanism

  • Every Deeni Madrassa shall, subject to their resources, include basic contemporary subjects in their curriculum according to a phased program.
  • Every Deeni Madrassa shall submit to DGRE annual report of its educational activities.
