  1. Director (Administration, Registration & Coord.), invites sealed bids for the supply of above mentioned items from Original Manufacturers  / Authorized Distributors from above Sr. No. 01 to 5, 8, 9, 11, 16, 17 and remaining items from Original Manufacturers / Authorized Distributors / General Order Suppliers.
  2. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage - Two Envelop procedure shall apply as specified in Rule 36 (b) of the Public Procurement Rules-2004 (as amended to date) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document.
  3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents IMMEDIATELY from DGRE Website (http://www.dgre.gov.pk/) or DGRE Head Office, Sector G-8/4, Taleemi Chowk, Islamabad during office hours free of cost.
  4. Sealed Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before Monday, 15th February,  2021 at 03:00 PM. Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Security as mentioned above in favor of Director Administration, Registration & Coord.), Directorate General of Religious Education in the form of Demand Draft duly issued from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.
  5. Technical Bids will be opened on Monday 15th February, 2021 at 03:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at DGRE Head Office, Sector G-8/4, Taleemi chowk, Islamabad. If bid closing/opening date falls on local/national holiday, the date of bid closing/opening shall be the next working day on the same time and venue. Whereas the Financial Bids of technically qualified (i.e compliant to technical specifications and other terms & conditions) shall be opened publically later on.
  6. The bidders are required to give their best and final prices (inclusive of all applicable Taxes) as no negotiations are expected.
  7. Bids not complying with the requirements shall be rejected being non- responsive. Alternate proposals and / or conditional bids shall be considered non-responsive.
  8. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided with the Bid.
  9. Bids which are incomplete, not sealed, not signed and / or not stamped, late or submitted by other than specified mode will be rejected.
  10. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder Individually for Each Item.
